Klyro provides infrastructure for trusted evidence capture in insurance workflows. Features may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service integrity, infringing others’ rights, or using Klyro for unlawful purposes.

Klyro and its branding, software, and content remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Klyro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Klyro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
